Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 25, 2026
At SudoLoom (https://sudoloom.com/), protecting your privacy is a core priority. This Privacy Policy explains how our browser-based Sudoku platform handles local game data, cookies, and third-party advertising services.
1. Zero-Backend Architecture & Browser Local Storage
SudoLoom requires no account registration or personal login. Your active Sudoku board state, Daily Sudoku completion history, daily streaks, best solving times, and language preferences are stored strictly locally on your own device using your browser’s Web Storage API (localStorage and sessionStorage). We do not store personal user profiles on external databases.
2. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
To keep SudoLoom 100% free to play, we may utilize third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads to users based on their visit to SudoLoom and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or https://www.aboutads.info.
3. Log Files, Edge Security & Automatic Language Detection
SudoLoom is delivered via Cloudflare Edge. Non-identifying technical signals such as browser language headers, timezone, and Cloudflare country code trace (/cdn-cgi/trace) are used solely in real time to automatically display the appropriate interface language (English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish) and ensure site security.
4. Children’s Privacy
SudoLoom is an educational logic puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
